Deutsche Telekom is rated Best Service Provider for Global Mobile Enterprise Services

GlobalData, the consulting firm formerly known as CurrentAnalysis, has found Deutsche Telekom to be the best service provider out of 11 candidates in its Global Enterprise Mobility Services Product Assessment. It is the first time that the Group has received this distinction, which marks the success of its consistent, service-oriented strategy to become the leading European telecommunications provider.

As part of its assessment, GlobalData evaluated 11 IT service providers and telecommunications companies in a joint benchmark. Deutsche Telekom is the only company to have been rated “very strong” in all six of the categories taken into account: Overall Enterprise Mobility Services, Infrastructure, Managed Mobility Services, Operations, Mobile Applications and Professional Services. In particular, the Group was commended for its ability to offer a one-stop shop from access, infrastructure management and productivity to developing and supporting both horizontal and vertical business solutions. The consultancy also noted that DT actively works on improving the security and reliability of its services and operations – through its pioneering “zero outage” policy and “no excuses” motto that so far remain unparalleled, but also thanks to its advanced mobile security options that reinforce a comprehensive range of mobile productivity services.

According to GlobalData’s analysis, the Group’s excellent global network coverage and capabilities as a one-stop shop put it on par or even ahead of other service providers – not just its traditional competitors in the telecommunications industry, but all IT players in the market of enterprise mobility services as well, which is quite a feat. The assessment proves that Deutsche Telekom is poised to affirm its status as Europe’s leading telecommunications provider, and even recognizes the Group as a high-ranking global player. That is both a great honor and a huge reward for us.
