Challenge
AAA Auto Group has more than 40 locations in four countries – Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic – with over 2,000 employees. So the company requested an uncomplicated and single, centralised printing system in order to minimise administrative effort and decrease potential downtime. Smooth implementation customised to their systems following an internal printing audit was especially important to the AAA Auto Group. Furthermore, the client demanded a strict service level agreement (SLA) offering on-site service and recovery options for this solution. Due to a successful six-year partnership for mobile and fixed-line service, AAA Auto Group approached T-Mobile Czech Republic with its request.
Solution
T-Mobile Czech Republic provided AAA Auto Group with high-performance hardware: 350 Kyocera printers. T-Mobile also offered an efficient printing solution enabling centralised management by Telekom. The workflow of AAA Auto Group employees is now no longer disrupted by printer downtime. The simple management of all print operations also saves operating and recovery costs covered by the SLA. All printing operations are monitored, including the capacity of all printers, and reported to AAA Auto Group. T-Mobile is also responsible for regular maintenance of all devices. The central reporting and the comprehensive SLA were crucial components of the deal. Additionally, all locations in all four countries now use a uniform printing solution.
