The UniCredit Factoring Czech Republic and Slovakia Company needed to separate its key information systems from its former parent company following a change of ownership. The company did not want to invest in proprietary IT infrastructure and was looking for a way of outsourcing it while still benefiting from high levels of security and availability. Crucially, it needed to ensure business continuity through a functioning production environment for its critical operating systems, as well as backup and disaster recovery services with high SLA levels to fulfill its strict security requirements as a financial institution.
We provided a completely operational, cloud-based IT infrastructure in the form of a dynamic virtual data center with backup services and tools for ensuring business continuity. The platform includes the operation and management of the client’s operating systems and databases, and is fully covered by individual KPI metering and a clearly defined SLA. Our cloud-based solution serves the operational as well as the testing and development environments of the client with a wide range of services, including the dynamic management of allocated hardware sources with a direct connection to billing and operating systems and to database server platforms.

It offers financing on the basis of factoring, where the claims of clients from various industries are financed, collected and insured by the company.
