Combining forces: T-Systems Polska and T-Mobile Polska get closer together

The Deutsche Telekom Group’s Polish footprint becomes more integrated. As of now, T-Systems Polska and T-Mobile Polska combine their abilities to offer business customers integrated end-to-end IT and telecommunications services as well as solutions in the area of digitalization, under one local management. Both companies combine their know-how and expertise in ICT and IoT to offer business customers best services in the industry.

In the era of digitalization and converged telco and IT word, it is very important to become an integrated player. T-Systems Polska has almost 20 years history of successfully managing large-scale and complex IT projects. Its skilled teams represent an invaluable expertise that nicely complements T-Mobile’s network and data centers. In fact, the two companies can now jointly meet customers’ needs,  as T-Systems Polska is becoming a daughter company of T-Mobile Polska. According to the agreement signed on September 1, 2017, T-Mobile Polska acquired 100 percent of shares in T-Systems Polska from T-Systems International. Both companies are and remain part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, which by this move strengthens its position as the leading B2B provider and a partner in getting businesses more digital in the CEE region.

An expanded product catalog for customers of both companies in Poland

The customers of both T-Systems and T-Mobile in Poland, as well as any international clients that require local services in the country, can now benefit from a more integrated fixed-mobile-ICT portfolio. T-Mobile, ever since its successful merge with GTS, has been in a position to offer fixed, mobile and data center services from a single source. Now, customers can combine these offers with T-Systems’ additional IT capabilities, including:

  • Advanced data center services such as Managed IT and Outsourcing
  • Experience with SAP implementation, SAP-based operations and systems integration
  • Complex project management and professional services
  • A wide variety of network and connectivity services
  • Special solutions in the area of Automotive, Public Transport and Logistics

The Group goal is to become the leading provider of integrated telco and ICT services for business customers in Europe – and the integration of T-Systems Poland and T-Mobile Polska is yet another step in that direction. A step clearly in line with our Group aim to be the leading European telco as well as a pioneer in digitalization.
